1. Account Terms

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact details (including country and contact details). You are solely responsible for securing your portal login password.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Our hosting infrastructure is designed for normal legal web applications. Hosting malicious scripts, phishing nodes, pirated materials, or performing network scan activities will result in immediate suspension without prior warning.

3. Payment & Renewal Billing

All shared hosting plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Failure to settle invoice dues within 7 days of the grace period will result in automated hosting service suspension.

4. API Provisioning & Support

We reserve the right to suspend or unsuspend client service allocations to preserve physical server integrity. Technical support issues must be raised via the Contact form or secure ticket system.
