1. 30 Days Money Back Guarantee

We offer a complete 30-day money-back guarantee for all first-time hosting plans. If you are unsatisfied with your server response times, control panel setup, or features, you can contact support within 30 days of registration to request a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds only apply to the base web hosting services. Third-party add-ons (such as custom domains purchased, external SSLs, or dedicated API configurations) are non-refundable once registered.

3. Processing Timeframes

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original funding source (PayPal account or PayU bank route/card) within 5 to 7 working days. Transacted currency exchange rates (USD to INR or vice versa) are set by the processor.

4. Exceptions and Abuse

Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations (e.g. hosting malicious content or scanning networks) are not eligible for any refund. Multiple account signups by a single customer to claim consecutive guarantees are also excluded.
